The hippest and most eye-catching historic cars celebrities like to drive will always be American muscle cars. And although the need to stand out from the crowd might occasionally result in some spectacular custom muscle cars, other times, it can result in just absurd cars. Actually, there are prominent people who will stop at nothing to project an image far more absurd than hip. To demonstrate this, we have selected five celebrity muscle cars that we would want to own and five celebrity muscle cars that are beyond repair.

We'd Spend Our Savings On: The 'Lawman' Boss 429 Mustang and the 1969 Dodge Hemi Charger owned by Bill Goldberg.

Professional wrestlers were the most influential people in the customised car market for a significant amount of time. It is commonly known that wrestlers like Hulk Hogan and Bill Goldberg have a soft spot in their hearts for vintage cars. Bill is the proud owner of the infamous Boss 429 "Lawman" dragster, a 1970 Ford Mustang.

It is equipped with a supercharged 7.0-liter V8 engine that is close to producing 1000 horsepower and an automatic transmission. This Boss 429 is extremely uncommon since it has an automatic transmission. In addition to that, there is a 1969 Dodge Hemi Charger that may be viewed. The reintroduction of the brand to the broader public falls on the shoulders of this model.

We'd Spend Our Savings On: The 1965 Ford Mustang Convertible owned by Lisa Bonet.

On the occasion of Lisa's recent birthday, Jason came up with an incredible and unanticipated gift idea for her: he decided to restore her first car, a 1965 Ford Mustang convertible. He took the car to Divine 1 Customs in Las Vegas, a custom car business. He brought it back to its initial state of functionality.

After seeing the restoration, Lisa was much more surprised by this Mustang than she had been in the past, and she was much more impressed with the car overall. Unfortunately, they decided to discontinue their relationship.

We'd Spend Our Savings On: The 1970 Dodge Charger owned by Kevin Hart

In 2019, the restomod 1970 Plymouth Barracuda driven by Kevin Hart was involved in a terrible collision. Less than two years after the accident, Hart acquired a 1970 Dodge Charger, which he renamed the Hellraiser. Carbon fiber was used in the car's bespoke construction by SpeedKore.

Under the hood is a supercharged 7.0-liter V8 engine tuned to produce 1,000 horsepower and 950 lb-ft of torque. The Hellraiser is considered the "pinnacle" of Speedkore's design and engineering, as it is the only car that can utilize the Hellephant crate engine, which is no longer manufactured.

We'd Spend Our Savings On: The 1965 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray owned by Robert Downey Jr.

As a direct result of his success in the role of Iron Man, Robert Downey Jr. has accumulated substantial wealth. As a kind of compensation, he amasses a collection of classic and antique cars. During his career after his time as Iron Man, he acquired at least a handful more. One of his most cherished cars is his 1965 Corvette Stingray.

It has come to light that Iron Man enjoys driving his 1965 Chevrolet Corvette in color Glen Green more than any of the other cars in his pricey collection. This car is considered by a lot of automotive lovers to be a ride of a lifetime all over the world.

We'd Spend Our Savings On: The 1965 Shelby Cobra owned by Jay Leno.

Leno is well-known for his love of cars and has accumulated over one hundred fantastic rides; nonetheless, his 1965 Shelby Cobra 427 Competition is the most impressive car in his collection. Carroll Shelby, well-known for his passion for racing, was the driving force behind the concept of the Cobra and its dual purpose of providing drivers with an exhilarating driving experience.

The Shelby Cobra is a familiar sight at events dedicated to cars, although genuine examples of the car are exceedingly rare. This phenomenon is attributable to the growing replica business. Jay has one of the limited edition 427 Competition versions, of which there have been just 23 explicitly made for the competition. He says that operating the car is "quite exciting" and "like driving a hand grenade simultaneously."

We'd Skip On: The Donked Buick of Darren McFadden.

Darren McFadden, a running back for the Oakland Raiders, attended the University of Arkansas and received his degree there. The movie actor Razorback put a significant dent in his bank account by going all out at California Wheels and spending a lot of money on his car. This monstrosity, which seems to be purple and green, is the result of combining traditional Detroit steel, Donk auto culture, and a significant amount of money for a nice weekend spent going to nightclubs.

Most of the time, these donks are entirely illogical, but when they're done well, cars that have been "donked" may be unique. This horrible Buick with enormous wheels is one of the worst celebrity car adaptations ever produced. This behemoth can reach 60 miles per hour in less than 9 seconds, even though it has a 455 big-block engine.

We'd Pass On: Will.I.Am's Delorean

As seen in the image to the right, Will. firm, I.am's IAMAUTO, has just unveiled its first car. This prototype was constructed by the crew at West Coast Customs, using components salvaged from a donor Delorean and a Dodge Challenger, respectively. It is reported to have just two pieces from an actual DeLorean, and those are the doors that flap open and shut.

Will.i.Am and we would appreciate it very much if we could get the remaining parts of the car back. He is more talented as a musician than as a car maker.

We'd Pass On: Zach Randolph's Zany Impalas.

Zach Randolph usually drives about in one of his several Chevrolet Impalas that has been significantly customized when he is not on the field. His 1973 Impala is painted with PPG Vibrance Red, and the wheels on his car, made by Asanti AF143, have a color between vivid red and chrome.

Z-Bo has a clear plan for the future of his old Chevys and knows what he's doing. Even though it is only natural for a guy of his size to want a car that doesn't ride as low as others, the fact that these wheels are being used on a classic American car makes it look like a joke.

We'd Pass On: Sonny and Cher's Mustangs.

In the 1960s, Sonny and Cher were virtually unbeatable in the music industry. This hip couple, which consisted of the husband and wife, had an abundance of charm. An era ended when Sonny and Cher drove off in their identical Ford Mustangs, which were an automotive crime in and of themselves.

It is in everyone's best interest to avoid tampering with certain cars, and the 1966 Mustang is one of those cars. Unless your name is Carroll Shelby, that is. Sonny's car received a coat of pearl paint in Murano gold, while Cher's new ride was given a pearl coat in the color hot pink. Following the bidding, both cars were found to be in the exact location after these years.

We'd Pass On: The Matthew McConaughey’s 1981 Chevrolet Camaro Z28.

The intriguing birthday present that Matthew McConaughey received from his fiancée at the time was for his 40th birthday. It was a 1981 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 model year.

Despite having a 5.7-liter V8, the hefty Camaro only had 190 horsepower to propel it, which made this car more of a flash than a dash in terms of performance. There are probably more desirable cars in Matthew's collection than this Camaro.
